Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Hotel Jan Brito is frequently praised for its beautiful, historic property and superb location, a short walk, less than 5 minutes, from the main squares. Guests appreciate the comfortable, spacious rooms, some overlooking the main courtyard, and the excellent breakfast with a variety of food choices. While most find the experience exceptional, a few guests have occasionally mentioned outdated aspects like the folding camping door in some bathrooms. Nevertheless, the proximity to the city centre and the overall charm of the hotel make it a popular choice.

the location was acceptable because it was close to the center.
the hairdryer didn't work, a problem because i needed it. the wifi stopped working in my room, so the radio and tv didn't work either. i raised the issue, but it reminded me of i was bothering the staff for bringing it up, what a shame.

quiet streetstuffy roomconfusing layout
The location was great. It was on a quiet street, away from the crowds.
My room smelled very stuffy. It was like a teenage boy had slept there for a week. The staff, though pleasant, did NOT go out of their way to be helpful. The hotel layout was confusing. They did not tell me where the gym was or how to use the sauna, so I COULDN'T use them.
